Code of Conduct
At Rishikesh Yoga Institute, we uphold traditional yogic values, discipline, and ethical conduct to create a safe and transformative learning environment.
Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance, punctuality, and respectful behavior throughout the course. Active participation in all academic, practical, and community activities is essential for certification.
The institute follows a strict no-refund policy for withdrawals and is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including natural or environmental conditions. To protect student safety and learning integrity, outsiders are not permitted in yoga halls or classrooms.
Smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling, unlawful behavior, and misuse of institute property are strictly prohibited. Students are responsible for their personal belongings and for handling yoga props with care.
Any form of misconduct or violation of institute policies may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, ensuring a disciplined and authentic yogic environment for all.
Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your seat at Rishikesh Yoga Institute, an advance deposit of USD 300 + PayPal fees must be paid at the time of booking. This advance amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation of the booking will not be accepted for any reason. A one-time transfer to another course month may be considered only if a minimum of 4 weeks’ advance notice is provided and subject to availability.
The remaining balance course fee must be paid in CASH upon arrival, before the course begins. The school reserves the right to refuse admission if the balance fee is not paid as per this condition.

Accepted Currencies: USD, EURO, AUD, CAD, or other widely accepted international currencies
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Training fees are non-refundable once you have joined the course.
The initial enrolment fee is non-refundable; however, it allows you to transfer to another course month within one year, subject to availability.
Only one transfer request is permitted per enrolment.
A written transfer request via email must be submitted at least 45 days in advance, calculated from the date of registration.
Any cancellation or transfer request made within 45 days before the course start date will not be accepted.
Strict No-Refund Policy
Rishikesh Yoga Institute follows a strict No-Refund Policy.
No refunds or transfers will be granted within 45 days prior to the course start date, regardless of the reason. This includes illness, personal emergencies, travel changes within India, visa issues, or any unavoidable circumstances.
In the case of cancellation for any reason or No-Show, the entire deposited amount will be forfeited.
A second request to transfer to another course month will not be accepted. Students wishing to rejoin must submit a fresh application.
If the balance fee is not paid in CASH upon arrival, the school reserves the right to refuse admission.
Once a student has checked in, joined the course, or commenced training, no cancellation or refund will be accepted, and the full course fee will be forfeited.
By enrolling in any program at Rishikesh Yoga Institute, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, payment, visa, cancellation, and refund policies stated above.
